Fast restart of your pc........by creating icon your desktop or quick launch
Right click on your desktop scroll to" new shortcut"

To create a restart button the location line should read shutdown -r -t 0 name it restart pc and give it a suitable icon for restart.
Now the icon will be seen on your desktop.you cna drag it directly to quick launch or you can keep it there it self.
